Mark LaBounty has been in private practice since 1990 helping people achieve Health and Wellness. Mark has a passion for teaching health care professionals and the public about the benefits of conservative muscular therapy. He uses a "People Centered Approach" to treatment.

  • Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork Since 1994
  • Mark completed a 1300-hour training through Sandra S Morningstar, M. A.– Massage Therapy Apprenticeships in 1990.

  • Certified in Orthopedic Massage by The Center for Pain Management (James Waslaski)
  • Certified in Orthopedic Massage by the Orthopedic Massage Education and Research Institute (Whitney Lowe)
  • Certified Core Myofascial Therapist by the CORE Institute (George Kousaleos)
  • Certified in Medical Massage Therapy Professional, Master; and Elite Levels by LMT Success Group
  • Mark has many hours of advanced training in the treatment of chronic pain and common athletic injuries from The Center for Pain Management  (James Waslaski). Mark also assists James Waslaski in Teaching Orthopedic Massage to Massage Therapists and other Care Providers that treat soft tissue pain and dysfunction and/or have an interest in Orthopedic Massage Therapy.
  • Mark has served as Guest Faculty for the University of Vermont School of Medicine Along with Janet Kahn, Ph.D., spoke to first year medical students about Orthopedic Massage Therapy.
  • Mark has functioned in the Physical Therapy Rehabilitation setting as a clinical massage therapist. Mark has been practicing Massage Therapy since 1990.
